Open Mic Academy | Jamhouse Ministries

Open Mic Academy is a Jamhouse Ministries development gathering designed to help Christian creatives, families, volunteers, and community members discover, develop, and deploy their gifts.

This is not a traditional public open mic or an event where you simply come to attend. Open Mic Academy is a place to participate, learn, create, serve, build relationships, and grow in healthy Christian community.

For Artists & Creatives:

Singers, musicians, rappers, poets, spoken-word artists, visual creatives, and other creatives will have opportunities for artist development, collaboration, feedback, and preparation. Artists will also have an opportunity to share or perform their gifts for the Jamhouse community as part of the Academy experience.

For Families & Youth:

Children, teens, and parents are welcome to participate together. Young people can explore their creativity, learn new skills, build healthy relationships, and discover ways their gifts can be used to serve God and others.
