By registering, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Jamhouse Ministries does not provide childcare. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. I also grant permission for photos/videos to be taken during the event and used for ministry promotional purposes, unless I submit a written opt-out request. Donations and registration fees are non-refundable.
