Performance Agreement & Media Release

By registering to perform with Jamhouse, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Performance Guidelines

  • Performers may present original music, poetry, or creative expression.

  • Each performer is limited to (2) songs/poems or allotted time, depending on the event.

  • Jamhouse reserves the right to manage performance time and flow of the event.

Media Release & Content Usage

  • By attending and performing, you grant Jamhouse permission to capture photos and videos during the event.

  • You authorize Jamhouse to use this content for promotional, marketing, and media purposes across platforms.

  • If you prefer not to be featured, you must submit a written opt-out request prior to the event.

Artist Media Access

  • Jamhouse may capture professional photos and videos of performances.

  • Performers will receive notification when their media is available.

  • Media will be available for review and optional purchase through the Jamhouse platform.

  • Performers are welcome to bring their own photographers/videographers.

Event Media Team

  • Jamhouse may have in-house or partnered photographers/videographers covering the event.

  • These team members are authorized to capture content on behalf of Jamhouse.

Child Supervision Responsibility

  • Jamhouse does not provide childcare services.

  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.

General Liability

  • By participating, you acknowledge that you are attending and performing at your own discretion.

  • Jamhouse is not responsible for:

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

    • Injuries or incidents occurring during the event

Donations & Registration

  • Any donations or registration fees are non-refundable.
